She was born in Lampasas, and established a career in education working in the Temple/Belton, Copperas Cove, Killeen and north Austin areas for over 20 years. Working as an educator enabled her to know the community, schools and areas that families want to live.

A great listener and experienced negotiator, she is committed to excellent service by representing her clients' best interests. She works with all types of clients, from first-time home buyers to experienced investors.

In her free time, Carol enjoys camping with friends and traveling around Texas. Hobby gardening keeps her busy in the spring and summer months.
